The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, but at night, music from outside seeped in, creating some noise. There was a slightly damp smell upon entering the room that faded away with time. The air conditioning was not functioning well, leaving the room too cold, and the carpet had noticeable stains. However, the overall experience was nice.

' The staff were by far the friendliest and most efficient, though some had poor English skills. The location was great, very close to the MTR, but at the farthest reaches of the subway system.
